Can’t really complain about the weather this extended Columbus Day weekend. Some fog did develop in the early morning hours but everything burned off around sunrise and we had a nice weekend. Columbus Day

Got to spend some time with the girls and the neighbor’s boy playing baseball in the backyard. Our dog, Jadzia, was outside enjoying some of the nice temperatures and sunshine. This week we really had some spring like temperatures and mostly sunny skies. Took a trip, Sunday morning to Nuernberg to take a fellow soldier to the airport, and if leaving at 0400 was not bad enough we had dense fog all the way there. A trip that would normally only take about 45 minutes took a little over an hour.

Other than that, enjoyed the weather and playing with the girls and all the sports that was on tv this weekend. It was one of those weekends to just sit back and enjoy life and that is what I did. Not much going on at work, just waiting to get my clearing papers and we can start getting everything together to head back to the states. Can’t wait until then.
